Where an incorrect or faulty item has been supplied, we will happily cover the costs of return shipping. Notification of an incorrect or faulty product should be made within 14 days of purchase.
Goods damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment (e.g. credit card payments will receive a credit card refund).
Returned goods must in original condition and be of merchantable quality.
Labels & Pricemarking Supplies are not obliged to provide a refund or replacement where the incorrect item was ordered, or you have changed your mind. Should you wish to return such a product or products, the return shipping costs will be borne by you, the purchaser.
Labels & Pricemarking Supplies will make every effort to provide a quality service and resolve any complaints or issues. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, a refund will be issued in a timely manner.
